Summertime
Try to wear hats or other coverings to limit the amount of sun damage to your hair.  Also avoid
drying your hair in direct sunlight when it is wet.

Wet your hair with tap or bottled water before getting into the pool or ocean.  For additional
protection, saturate the hair with a cream based conditioner.  Make sure to reapplying each
time before entering the water.

An end-of-the-summer reconditioning/rebalancing treatment corrects damage and addresses
deficiencies.

Do not braid wet hair or allow hair to dry in braids as this will cause damage and breaks in the
hair fiber.

For those times when a "good hair" day is a must, rinse your hair thoroughly with bottled water
before styling

Fall
The autumn and winter months are great times to experiment  with depositing deeper, richer
colors into the hair.  Remember to limit the number of times you are shampooing in order to
keep your hair in great condition.

If your hair hasn't had a re-balancing treatment to remove and repair summer-time damage,
now is the time.  This quick, easy service works wonders on the condition as well as the feel of
the hair.

It is just as important to protect your hair against wind as it is sun damage.  Remember, your
hair is nothing more than a fiber.  Protect it against all elements.

This is the season most people blow-dry more frequently.  Be careful not to over use the
amounts of heat you need for drying/styling your hair.

Winter
The winter months can be one of the most brutal times of the year for your hair.  People tend to
blow-dry more often, which can lead to serious hair degradation if the health of the hair is not
addressed occasionally.

Moisturtizing shampoos, conditioning treatments, and the use of thermal styling protectants can
make a huge difference in the way your hair feels, and allows your scalp to avoid flaking.
Maintaining your haircut also will keep the appearance of the hair top-notch.

Spring
During the spring months, try to focus on conditioning treatments that infuse as much moisture
as possible into the hair shaft.

Protecting your hair from the sun is the best way to prevent damage to your hair and haircolor.
Try wearing headcoverings or anything to limit the effect of UV rays on the hair shaft.
